Through much experimentation, The Alternative Bakers have discovered that not only can most celiac sufferers enjoy many of their maize-based baked goods, but using Maize adds a unique and comforting sweet flavour to their baking, often likened to caramel. The Alternative Bakers love to now use Maize as a staple in the majority of their baking and can't wait to showcase some of their alternative baked goods in the near future.

Using Maize as the primary ingredient instead of Wheat, our bakers have created a wonderfully confused-looking yet scrummy-tasting selection of cookies with a hidden gooey centre bursting with flavour.
