Through much experimentation with different flour grains, the Alternative Bakers have made nearly all of the AMAIZING COOKIES gluten-free. By choosing Maize as the primary ingredient instead of the more commonly used Wheat, our bakers created delicious-tasting cookies that can be enjoyed by Coeliac sufferers or those with gluten sensitivities.

Occasionally, as with our Lotus-flavoured cookies, the third-party branded ingredients result in a trace amount of Wheat or other gluten grains. Check the 'Ingredients & allergens' information tabs on all our product pages before purchasing a box of cookies. Alternatively, if you suffer from coeliac disease or are gluten-sensitive, you can choose a cookie flavour from the collection below.
